# Your adjuster license earns. No deployment required.

Flat-fee claim files for licensed adjusters. About 10 to 30 minutes each, from your phone, with the fee fixed before you claim.

## How the work runs

1. Apply with your license, state or Designated Home State. It is checked against the state's official record.
2. A matched file arrives: matched to your states, lines of authority and perils, with the flat fee already on it.
3. Adjust in minutes: attest, send back or decline. Each one is completed work, paid the same.

## The terms

- The fee is posted first: flat, fixed when the file is posted, shown before you claim it.
- Same fee, whatever you decide.
- Coverage that names you: nothing is attestable until E&O coverage naming you as an insured is in force.
- Real delegated authority: every file arrives with authority the carrier delegated under a claims-handling agreement.
- Only your license, your states. A Texas or Florida DHS license counts in full.
- Your no is final: a declination needs only your reasoned memo, and it is paid.

## Questions

### Who can apply?

Licensed carrier-side adjusters: independent and CAT adjusters between deployments, staff adjusters whose employer permits outside work, retired adjusters with a live license, and Designated Home State licensees. Public adjusters are not part of this network.

### What does a file look like?

A prepared claim file: the photos, the estimate, the policy forms and the coverage read, assembled before it reaches you. Your part is the licensed judgment, about 10 to 30 minutes of it.

### How is the fee set?

Each file carries one flat fee, fixed when the file is posted and shown before you claim it. It is the same whether you attest, send the file back or decline, and it never scales with the size of the claim.

### Is my license checked?

Yes. Your license is checked against the state's official record, per state and line of authority, before any file reaches you. A Designated Home State license counts like any other.

### Do I need my employer's permission?

Follow your employer's rules on outside work. The application asks whether outside work is permitted, and "not sure" is a fine answer.
